Processing & Fulfillment
Orders ship after payment is confirmed and inventory is re-verified. Processing typically begins within 1–3 business days. PRT Motors reserves the right to delay or cancel shipment if stock cannot be confirmed.
Shipping Quotes
Rates are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier availability. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if actual shipment characteristics differ from the listing data. You will be notified before any increase is charged.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once the carrier scans the package. PRT Motors is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect delivery by the carrier after handoff.
Oversize & Special Items
Oversize, heavy, or hazardous items may require freight shipping and manual coordination. We will contact you to confirm cost and logistics before dispatch. These items are not eligible for standard shipping rates.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates shown on the site or in chat are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by PRT Motors. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup.
Local Pickup
In-person pickup is available at 217 S Main Street, Manheim, PA 17545 during business hours. Contact us to schedule. No shipping charges apply for pickup orders.
