Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

A return may be initiated if the item arrives damaged in transit, materially differs from the listing description, or is the wrong part. Contact PRT Motors within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Returns requested after this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition it was received — uninstalled, unmodified, and with all original components.
  • Return authorization must be obtained from us before shipping the item back.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Electrical components, cut-to-fit parts, special-order items, and any part that has been installed or modified are not eligible for return. Items listed as "final sale" or "as-is" are non-returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. Refund amounts may be reduced if inspection reveals damage or missing components not disclosed at the time of the return request.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, document the damage with photos before discarding any packaging. File a report with us immediately — we will coordinate the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
